Cole M. Lindemann has joined the Law Firm of Manley & Brautigam, PC as an associate. Cole grew up in northern Wyoming and began practicing law in Alaska in 2004, after graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law. His practice currently focuses on structuring purchases and sales of businesses and merger and acquisition transactions, income tax planning for entities and individuals, choice of entity, and real estate transactions. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lindemann was a tax accountant for national and regional CPA firms and international and national private companies. Mr. Lindemann is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

Charles F. ("Chuck") Schuetze became a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2010. Chuck represents individuals and companies in their business and tax matters, including forming and reorganizing companies, business and real estate transactions, tax and estate planning, and representation before the IRS, the U.S. Tax Court and local and state tax authorities. Chuck obtained his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Cornell College in 1977, his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1982, studied German law at the University of Tübingen in 1982-83, and acquired a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Miami in 1990. He is co-chair of the tax section of the Alaska Bar Association.
